With the annual Elgin Cool Wine & Country Food Festival around the corner the word on the street is not to miss out on what’s happening at Paul Cluver Wines. The picturesque Elgin Wine Valley will be a hive of activities during the festival weekend of 28 and 29 April, and the team at Paul Cluver can’t wait to share their amazing offering with visitors.

A highlight is the bespoke SALT Food & Wine Pairing Lunch, which will be available on both days of the festival. Visitors will get the opportunity to experience a delectable four-course meal featuring award-winning Paul Cluver Wines, world-class cuisine from SALT at Paul Cluver as well as exotic salts from around the world. The lunch will be hosted by highly acclaimed Chefs Beau du Toit and Craig Cormack as well as SALT’s Head Chef Mechell Span. Paul Cluver Wines Cellar Master, Andries Burger, will also be joining the lunch to add the final touches to what promises to be an unforgettable experience.

Tickets to the festival cost R150 per person, which includes a wine tasting glass and complimentary tastings at the participating wine farms. The golden tickets cost R200 person, which gives festival goers access to special tastings or offerings at these wineries.

At Paul Cluver Wines, festival ticket holders get to taste the Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer and new style Riesling. The Golden ticket holders, can in addition to this, taste the Estate Chardonnay, Estate Pinot Noir and recently launched Noble Late Harvest. The Noble Late Harvest is the first release in three years, making this offering extra special.
